All of our products are made right here in the United States.
When will you ship my product?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are operating with limited warehouse staff to ensure the safety of everyone involved in our production. We typically process orders within 3 business days, but we do appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer. Pre-orders for out of stock items can take up to 90 days depending on a variety of factors. If you ever have questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@thisisembody.com
What's your return policy?
We get it. Sometimes things just don't work out! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

What's the difference between topical and ingestible retinol?
Topically applied retinol is only able to address topical skincare concerns because it only penetrates through the first couple layers of skin. By ingesting retinol, you nourish not only your skin but your eyes, organs, and immune system.

When will I see results?
Many customers have seen results in as little as 2-3 weeks. Everybody is different and has different lifestyles and diets so we would say (generally) anywhere from 2-12 weeks.
Is ingesting retinol safe?
This is an important question and we're glad you're asking it!
With proper use, Vitamin A supplements are entirely safe. The FDA has identified the tolerable upper limit for daily intake of Vitamin A as 3,000 mcg RAE. The Retinol Gummy contains 960 mcg RAE per serving. For reference, one egg contains 75 mcg RAE. Beta-carotene from plant sources (such as carrots, spinach, and broccoli) does not contribute to the tolerable upper limit.
Most cases of Vitamin A toxicity come from megadoses found in dietary supplements. For us here at embody, your safety is our number one priority. That's why we don't include megadoses in our supplements. With the Retinol Gummy, you'll receive more than 100% of your daily recommended dose while staying comfortably under the UL to allow for dietary intake.
I added a subscription to my cart but the discount isn't showing.
On the product page, select the option "Subscribe & Save". You will see a button titled "Complete Subscription." Follow that button to our subscription management portal to complete your purchase.

Subscriptions are not eligible for most one time discount codes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your ongoing subscription by logging in to your customer account and clicking "Manage Subscription."
Can I buy a subscription for someone else?
We love gifts! You can purchase a prepaid gift subscription for someone else by selecting the "Gift" option in checkout. Ongoing subscriptions are not eligible for gifting.
Can I pause or skip an order in my subscription?
Absolutely! You can manage your subscription settings, pause your subscription, or skip a delivery from your "Manage Subscription" portal.

The Retinol Gummy is vegetarian.

Are your products diabetic friendly?
The Retinol Gummy contains sugar, corn-based malt syrup, and glucose. We do not recommend the Retinol Gummy for those with diabetes.
