HOW TO ORDER
Place your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line WHOLESALE ORDER [YOUR STORE NAME]. In the body of your email, please provide us a list of the products and quantities that you would like to order.
For opening orders, please include the following information:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Contact email
- Contact phone number
- Shipping address
- Resale certificate
- Business license
When we receive your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges including shipping.
If for any reason we aren’t able to fulfill your order, we’ll contact you in advance to alert you of the situation. You may choose to wait for the items to become available, or you may request your order to be updated. If you choose to wait for the items to become available, we’ll hold off shipping your order until we can complete the order in full. If you choose to update your order, we will send you a new digital invoice with the updated information.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive 50% off MSRP. Shipping is not included.
A minimum order of $350 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid in full prior to shipment. We will contact you via email with your order total and digital invoice.
A minimum order of $200 is required for reorders. If you are a returning vendor with at least 3 completed orders, you will be eligible for NET15 terms. Late payments will be subject to a 5% late fee for every 7 days past due.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Any cancellations or order changes must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours.
We accept all major credit cards as well as ACH bank transfers.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to process. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when your order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation costs.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective items. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if held more than 15 days after delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective items as mentioned above.
At this time we do not offer consignment.
