Yes! We're often asked about the ingredients "modified starch" and "malt syrup" in the Retinol Gummy. Not to worry, they're from non-GMO corn.

This is one of our most frequently asked (and favorite) questions! We know that to get the best results from your supplements, you have to take them consistently. You're not likely to consistently take a gummy that isn't delicious. And if we're being honest, sugar free options just aren't as tasty.

Just for comparison, the sugar content of our gummies is less than 1 tsp of honey in your evening tea.

We think a couple grams of sugar is worth it to get all those other awesome nutrients to you, wouldn't you agree?

You can pay using any major credit card, your PayPal account, or through our buy-now-pay-later partner Klarna.

Unfortunately we are not able to retroactively apply discounts.

Shipping, Returns & Checkout

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are operating with limited warehouse staff to ensure the safety of everyone involved in our production. We typically process orders within 3 business days, but we do appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer. Please note we only ship Monday-Friday.

Most orders deliver within 3-7 days of shipment. Once your order has shipped you'll receive tracking information by email and can follow your package's progress!

As a result of the ongoing pandemic, shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented shipping volume and staffing shortages. Unfortunately, this may impact your order. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date your order was marked as delivered to see if it comes your way. If a few days have gone by and still nothing, reach out to us at hello@thisisembody.com and we'll do our best to help!

We get it. Sometimes things just don't work out! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

On the product page, select the option "Subscribe & Save". You will see a button titled "Complete Subscription." Follow that button to our subscription management portal to complete your purchase.

Subscriptions are not eligible for most one time discount codes.

Absolutely! You can manage your subscription settings, pause your subscription, or skip a delivery from your "Manage Subscription" portal.

You can cancel your ongoing subscription by logging in to your customer account and clicking "Manage Subscription." 

A customer account is not required to place a subscription order, so you may not have a customer account on our website.

Try creating a new customer account at this link using the same information used to place your subscription order. The two accounts should auto-sync.
